Articles Rick Boya and Greg Sadowski have written an article describing the design of counterbeam lighting, electrical, CCTV, life safety and communications system design for the Silver Creek Cliff Tunnel project in Duluth, MN. The article appeared in the 10:1 issue of Tunneling and Underground Space Technology.
